Every year in May, gourmands and connoiseurs have the opportunity to savour the best that the kitchens and cellars of Schaffhausen's Blauburgnderland have to offer. Guests are indulged  with gourmet set menus made up of several courses, specially created for the Gourmet Festival, in more than twenty restaurants.
